Out for a run

Since it was a snow day, Conner was sweet enough to go work out with me! I was running and this little guy thought he would just walk. It was so nice having a workout buddy!!

This family has been a blessing to us since they moved here! They are so sweet and so much fun! Conner just fits right in!

Sledding

Kaitlyn spent one of her snow days with some girls from school! They sledded for hours!

Snow Day

Tim got a few snow days as well!!!! We had so much fun at the park! Tons of the playground was completely under snow so they kids had to do a little digging. This was the girls first time to really get to PLAY in the snow. They have been in it but they spend a LONG time out there in it. Corryn was a HUGE fan...Kaia warmed up to it.

 Conner could play in the snow for so long and he wouldn't know how much time has passed! He made all kinds of tunnels and beds and just all kinds of fun!

This girl

She really amazes me! I knew she would be good with babies but she is like their second mommy! People are always amazed at how she can just scoop them up and take care of them. She can hold both at the same time. I think it scares people....but i know she loves them and will protect them....minus the other day when she was taking them both in the wagon to visit an elderly neighbor! When they got back in the elevator she let the girls out because they love the ride. Well.....Corryn didn't get out in time so she rode the elevator by herself for the first time! I have to write that one in the baby book! ;0)

Blizzard

So in New England this would have been a big storm but here in VA/DC it was an emergency! Everything closed down. The kids missed 7+ days of school! These roads were crazy! Tim and I put the kids down and took a walk! We were walking right out in the middle of the highway! I think I saw one plow! It took several days to get the streets cleared. Sidewalks weren't even that great when the kids went back to school! 

 

 

 Can you find the car?? I am sure the owner couldn't either!

The kids had a great time off! I barely saw them except when they were hungry! They were sledding, building igloos, snowball fights and just goofing off! The bonuses of living in and apartment complex! Conner was so excited! He has totally missed living in the snow!

New friend

Several more families have moved in our complex. All families in connection with Tim's job! So we have had lots of fun! Everyone seems to take the girls under their wings and love on them!
